• Math - Naming Whole Numbers Through 100s - Dollars and Cents: Lesson 5 
• Science - Benchmark Test and finished Earth's Changing Surface video
• Journal - Students get to choose the topic: Date, Topic, 10 lines
• Reading - We read Earthquake Terror as a class, and worked on the comprehension skill of predicting.
• Spelling - Each student got a spelling list to sort.  I'm beginning a new spelling program, I don't yet know when they will have the test.  I will put that info in the blog as soon as I figure it out.

The format of the daily entries on the blog is as follows

• Subject - Description of lesson: Assignment
• Math - Compare Whole Numbers: Lesson 4
• Science - Most students gave their benchmark presentations today.  They were awesome.  Those who didn't show their benchmark presentation today need to do it tomorrow.  Benchmark test tomorrow.
• Kickball - On Friday the students sank every battleship, the reward was a game of kickball.  It was fun!
• Writing - Topic, Main Idea, Lead Sentence: pg 290 #2
• English - Simple Subject: pg 38-39 (1-16)
• Journal - Students get to choose their own topic: Date, Topic, 10 lines of information written neatly.
• Music - The Skyline of New York & They Stole Our Hearts, But Not Our Spirit
• P.E. - With our Super Skills teacher.
