- Buddy Readers Card - The students are making a holiday card for their buddy reader.
- Music - as a grade we practiced Jingle Bells on the recorder. I had been teaching the students to play the songs with F instead of F sharp. Woops. We learned of my mistake today and are working to relearn the songs. Luckily this class is so smart, they were able to pick up the change quickly.
- Reading - I read with the Jacket group, while other students read a story about a child with some type of job.
- English - Review Present Tense: Worksheet 5
- String Art - students are working on a string art project while we listen to Charles Dickens' classic, A Christmas Carol.

Students should get at least a 21 on the writing program for the topic regarding the equator and North Pole. They are able to access this program on-line. If you get a chance, please have them show you some of the writing they have been doing.
