- Math - Turned in lesson 116 - Today's topic was Dividing Decimal Numbers by 10, by 100, and by 1000 - homework is: Lesson 118 skip problems 14, 17, and 19 - #11 is extra credit (due tomorrow)
- Science with Mrs. Nelson
- Journals - yellow journals were due today: every student is expected to write a journal entry for each school day.
- Spelling - students were expected to sort the spelling words, write the rule, and write eight sentences with two spelling words in each sentence (the green spelling group was asked only to illustrate each of their words). Almost all students finished the assignment in class.
- Area - Students were asked to draw 10 different sized hexagons, then find the perimeter and area of each. Many students turned the assignment in today. If they didn't finish in class today it is homework and is due tomorrow.
- Reading - Students reading From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler read with me today. All other students read their assigned book with a partner and then read on their own. This assignment is part of their Independent Work grade.
- English - turned in page 252 (1-18) - Today's topic was Negatives - homework: English page 254 (1-18) - due tomorrow
- Social Studies - Today we studied the Lewis and Clark Expedition the notes written in class were the assignment that went along with it
