• Math - turned in Lesson 81 - today's topic was Greatest Common Factor - homework is: Lesson 82 (due tomorrow)
• Science with Mrs. Nelson Journals - red journals were due today: every student is expected to write a journal entry for each school day.
• Spelling - students were given a new spelling list today they were expected to sort the list with teacher guidance, and cut out the spelling words.
• Writing - Students spent more time working on their persuasive essay about their journal assignments. 
• Reading - Students reading Phoebe the Spy read with me today.  All other students read a short story while leaving tracks of their thinking, and then read a book of their own choice, and left tracks of their thinking - due today. This assignment is part of their Independent Work grade.
• Social Studies - Begin writing text of Preamble in booklet
• P.E. with Mrs. Lyman
