- Math - today's topic was Graphing Points on a Coordinate Plane - homework is: Investigation 10 and Alaska Homestead graphing pattern. (due tomorrow)
- Science with Mrs. Nelson
- Journals - red journals were due today: every student is expected to write a journal entry for each school day.
- Spelling - students were given a new spelling list today they were expected to sort the list with teacher guidance, and cut out the spelling words.
- Study Island - Students were asked to complete two tests in Math. Then play games.
- Reading - Students reading Drylongso, read with me today. Students reading The Mostly True Adventures of Homer P. Figg were able to partner read from that book, and then read a book fo their choice. All other students read a short story, summarized it, and then read a book of their own choice, and left tracks of their thinking - due today. This assignment is part of their Independent Work grade.
- English - Turn in the worksheet 5.3 Commas in a Series they received on Thursday March 15. Today we reviewed More Uses for Commas. homework: Worksheet 5.4 More Uses for Commas - due tomorrow.
- Social Studies - We discussed the checks and balances of the three branches of government - and took notes on our discoveries.
